Kinilaw na Maya-Maya



INGREDIENTS

1. 1 cup maya maya (diced)
2. 1/2 cup lime/Calamansi juice
3. 2 tbsp white Vinegar
4. 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
5. 1 tbsp red/orange bell pepper (small dice)
6. 1/2 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
7. 1 tsp garlic (grated)
8. 1 tsp ginger (grated)
9. 1 tsp chili (finely chopped)
10. 2 tbsp wansoy (finely chopped)
11. 1 tsp salt

PROCEDURE

1. In a bowl, combine maya maya, ginger, garlic, and salt. Let sit in the fridge for 5 mins.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
3. Cover and let sit for a few mins in the fridge.
4. Serve cold.
